so, what makes coffee 'specialty'? Specialty coffee scores 80 points or higher out of 100 points on the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) scale. 

Specialty coffee is distinctive in quality, flavor, & aroma due to numerous factors such as soil quality, traceability to specific farm, and sustainable growing & harvesting practices.

each month, we carefully select & sample specialty coffee from farmers, testing for a unique flavor profile to bring you a peace of heaven in your cup.
